Congregation Beth El, affiliated with the Union for Reformed Judaism, is a warm and welcoming environment for those looking to deepen their faith in Judaism, support the State of Israel, and become part of the Kehillah K'dosha (a sacred community).The Fort Bend Independent School District (FBISD) is committed to helping its students reach their full potential in an environment that encourages student learning, leadership, and well-being. To this end, the FBISD School Health Advisory Council (SHAC) uses the Whole School, All Child, Whole Community (WSCC) model to implement the District Wellness Policy (FFA). This policy promotes evidence-based wellness resources that support the ongoing health of staff, students, and the community. The FBISD SHAC works to ensure that students have access to nutritious meals, physical activity opportunities, and health education.
The SHAC also works to create an atmosphere that encourages healthy behaviors and assists students in making healthy choices. Furthermore, the SHAC provides resources to help families understand how to support their children's health and well-being.
